Bridget's Story
After Wawasee Prep closed, I graduated from Academy of Mount St. Scholastica, Atchison, Kansas in 1977. (The Travel Channel has a show about Atchison: "Haunted Town.") After a year at Marquette Univ. in Milwaukee, majoring in Theater for a semester and then Journalism, I graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS with a Communications B.A. in 1980 (minors in Poli Sci and Music). I was married for 11 years and have a son, Andrew.

nboro University of PA (state university south of Erie) and have taught Poli Sci for more than 30 years. After teaching at K.U. while in grad school, I taught at Oakland University & Eastern Michigan University (both are near Detroit), University of Texas-El Paso, Western New England College (Springfield, MA), and have taught at Edinboro U since 1997.
My son lives in Lawrence, Kansas and studied Printmaking at Edinboro U. He has designed & created posters for clubs in Cleveland, the White Stripes, & Tig Notaro. He designed a T-shirt for comedian Todd Glass. Also, Andrew produces musicians' CDs.
