Life Hello all! I hope your lives are taking you where you want to be. I have had many ups and downs in my life. I was married from 1991-2001. At that time I lived in Elgin, Dundee, and Carpentersville. I have a handsome son, Caleb, who is now 13 years old and almost taller than me. I taught for 10 years at Chicago Junior School over on route 25. I was divorced in 2001. In December of that year I was set up on a blind date. We joke that because he fixed my toilet oin the first date he was a keeper. His name is John and he is a big old Irishman who makes me laugh. We were married in 2003 on the back of a boat in Delavan, WI. My son gave me away. We were joined by my husband's three grown sons and a small gathering of family and friends. We lived in Wheaton for 3 years where I taught at St. Michael's Catholic School (I converted shortly after we were married). This past September we made the decision to move permanently to our "summer" home in Delavan. While I thought Wheaton was beautiful, I missed my small town roots.
