Bruce's Story
After doing some college and bouncing from job-to-job for a few years (including five years at Rainier Bank), I settled into public relations work for various hockey teams in the Seattle area and Bellingham...even got married at center ice before a game. Then I got into radio in the early Nineties and that's where I am today. I'm presently the News Director at KITI'AM/FM radio in Centralia, WA.
Never thought I'd land in Lewis County while I was growing up, but I like it here: No traffic, lots of fresh air and open spaces, nice people, laid-back pace of life, halfway between Seat...Expand for more
tle and Portland, and it's affordable. Linda and I were flooded out of our Adna home in December 2007, but have since found a place in Chehalis that is weill above the flood plain. It's a nice fit.
I liisten to all kinds of music (except rap and opera), but I'll always like rock best. I grew up on Hendrix and Zeppelin, and enjoy the moderns like Coldplay and Avril Lavigne when I'm not listening to John Coltrane, Bob Marley, Alison Krauss or Tchaikowsky. It all depends...mood...time of day...is it raining?...
Anyway, that's pretty much it. Hope everyone's life turned out okay.
