In April of 76 Don Little and I made an amazing journey back to Hamilton Ontario! His little (pun) 4 cyl Fiat w/ engine in the back had very little compression when we left. How we made to Revelsoke the 1st nite we don't know. He knew a friend there who put a copper scrub pad in the engine somewhere so less oil would be burned. We camped close by and woke up to snow on the ground & had to push the car up a hill in order to jump start. We had to drive with the heat on high and windows open to keep engine cool. Lots of oil burned, and miraculously made it to Calgary. I knew a cousin of my mom's there. We made it there, and that's where the car died. We then went by bus to Winnipeg, where I knew friends, and managed to find them. Now Don's parents were missionaries and Don knew they were to be in Winnipeg about that time.
