Bruce's Story
Life
Born in Chi town, raised in AH, IL and never looked back after moving on. Traveled to the point I have used up my nine lives. Oops! That's a cat; oh well I still have used up the equivalent of nine lives. Now I am settled down in Alabama. I have had so many phone numbers over the years that my good friends the BlumÂs ran out of space in the J section of their address book.
School
Not an "Army Brat" but sure attended enough schools. Three grade schools before ...Expand for more
6th grade. One Jr. high, two high schools, two community colleges, and two, no make that three universities.
College
Started at ECC with no money, only the desire to obtain a degree of some sort in woodworking. Moved to Harper when trailers where put on EGHS campus. Then found myself enjoying education. Moved on to NIU and the learning did not stop until I ran out of institutions (CU&PSU) willing to pay me as a graduate assistant. Still enjoy learning and will never stop.
