Served on the USS Charles H Roan DD-853 FOR 4 1/2 YEARS AN LOVED IT...Am a Machinist Mate 3nd Class Was in charge of making water for boilers an drinking out of salt water'.also worked in Engine Room on a 30.000 hp steam engine.. visited over 14 different country's The pic was taken in 1962-63 in my military bio.
