Bruce's Story
Life
After graduating from AHS in 1959, I joined the USN, and served from 1959 to 1963.
After an honorable discharge, I returned to Anaconda, and worked for Anaconda Copper from 1963 until they closed the plant in 1970.
I then moved to Az., and attended Devry Institute of Technology from 1970 to 1973. Upon graduation from Devry, I went to work for then Motorola Inc. from 1973 to 1983. I drove city transit buses in 1983 until my recent retirement in April of 2006.
I am now retired, and planning to travel as much as possible, starting with a return trip to Montana in late July, for a double wedding of my two youngest children. I have recently started to drive over the road motor coaches, part-time, because I was getting bored, and gaining weight. I recently left the tour bus business, and am now seeking shuttle bus driver employment so I will be able to stay close to home.
