Bruce's Story
Life
I married Debbie Ann Nelson, from Placerville, California, in June of 1968, and we moved to Topeka, Kansas for a few years while I finished my degree in Education. When Debbie and I finished our education in 1971 at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, we returned to the Sacramento area to make our home. We moved up on fifty acres near Shingle Springs, CA., just down the road from the little town or Rescue, CA. I taught school in the San Juan School Distr. for thirty years, and retired in 2001. married and lives in Maui, Hawaii with his wife Erika and sons Samuel Owen and Ezekiel John. Jared is married, and lives with his wife Jennifer in Shingle Springs, not too far from us in an area development called Shadow Hawk. They have two boys, Tyler Ethan and Evan Andrew. I stay busy with building projects, golf, gardening, and spending time at the park or zoo every week with my two grandsons,Tyler & Evan. Not so much with Tyler, as he started school this past fall down in the little wide spot in the road called Latrobe. Well, I hope to see all of you down the road one of these days, maybe at a 50 year reunion. Stay healthy..
