Bruce Mundt:  

Grew up in Hermosa Beach, where 17 of us at our local Junior High (Pier Avenue JH) ended up going to Redondo Union when we graduated from Pier. After a fun filled four years in High School (it really was; we didn't know how good we had it at the time, did we?), I went off to El Camino College where I changed my Major three times in three semesters (Hmmm, what should I be when I grow up?), starting with Pharmacy, then switching to Psychology, and settling on Engineering. After getting my AA at El Camino, I was accepted to the School of Engineering at UCLA where I attended until my father passed away (I was 22 at the time). Started my Engineering career at Hughes Aircraft Company, and went on to Northrop after 15 years at Hughes, where I continue to work now (but not for long!!!)... Along the way, I decided to get married and had a daughter who recently got her BS in Education and teaches Kindergarten for the Torrance Unified School District.
