Bryan's Story
After graduation I attended OSU for about a year. I got bored with college and just did not know what I wanted to do with my life, so I joined the United States Navy in 1986. I spent 14 1/2 years in the Navy. I worked for the Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha Nebraska from 2000-2017. I currently work for the Texas City Terminal Railway Company in south Texas.
My time in the Navy was a blast!! I was able to travel completely around the world and saw a lot of things people normally only read about. By far the best place I visited was Sydney Australia....Expand for more
I would say the worst place I visited was Mombasa, Kenya. I was happy to be an American while walking the streets of Mombasa. When you see how those people live, it makes you very happy for what we have in this country.
My free time now is spent riding my Gold wing and playing golf as time permits. I look forward to the time when I do not have to work so many hours and I can actually play golf on a regular basis.
