Been married to my wife, Vivian, for 28 years this June (2010). We live in the San Fernando Valley. Vivian teaches piano and is the choir director for a local church. She used to sing in hotels and nice lounges, and still manages to find places to make others happy with her performances. Have one son of my own, Christopher, 25 this last March, who graduated from Berklee School of Music in Boston last year. He teaches piano, plays for various organizations, records and mixes various groups and writes music for commercials. His primary instrument is piano and keyboards, but he is a whiz at drums (got a scholarship because of his drum playing) and guitar, and he can fill in on bass and other instruments. My wife had two children, Ron, who works for the Department of Children and Family Services, and Laura, who passed away some time ago. We're raising our two grandchildren, Jayden, 17, and Jessy, 16. We've had them since 2003, and, though there have been challenges, we are happy with both them and their progress. I work at Kaiser, as a Principal Trainer for part of their HealthConnect computer application. It's a great job. Before that I had jobs that encompassed training, marketing, writing, customer service and sales. I enjoy volunteering, and I've served on the boards of professional associations like the American Society for Training and Development and the International Association of Business Communicators.
