Life
I've been living in New York City(Queens, actually) since 1999. I have two cats and I'm a lawyer for youth in Family Court. I'll probably stay in New York for the next couple of years - but I've been thinking about moving back to Baltimore.
If money were no object, I would get an MFA in writing at Brown. But money IS an object.

I currently work as a staff attorney for the largest legal services organization in the country. I'm a law guardian, which means I represent children in all kinds of awful cases. I never intended to be a "firm lawyer," so I'm not. Sure, I'm missing out on the big bucks, but I go to sleep at night feeling like I've done something good for someone.
