red from serving as Pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church , Poquoson, Virginia, June 2012. In many of these churches, we worked to upgrade and refurbish the church facilities by building improvement and expansion programs while we served these congregations
C. Eugene's interests include Pastoral Ministry, Singing in Concert Choir at Emory and Henry College and in many of the music programs of the churches that he served, preaching and Pastoral Care in his 10 churches that he served, and playing on church softball teams and bowling leagues in many of his churches. He enjoys softball, bowling and golf in his retirement!! Having traveled extensively to beaches along the east coast of the US, enjoying Boogie Boarding, fishing and enjoying salt water, we have chosen Virginia Beach, VA as our retirement Home! We have been able to travel the world to 26 States in these United States, England, Scotland and to Jordan and Israel on two occasions. This leaves my desire to go further into all the world to places in the US and abroad! My desire is to see Alaska, Hawaii, the Grand Canyon, and as many other places as we can work into our retirement lives. My overseas destinations would include Australia, France, Germany, China, Japan and any other spots that we might be able to get around to on our bucket lists!
