Calvin's Story
Life
Back in the day I was better know as Ace. But of course life changes you. When I decided to finally allowed Christ to guide and govern my life, I was able to free myself from all of self destructive behaviors that had been stopping me from really seeing what Love, joy, and happiness truly was. It's funny when God plants the right women in your life, all those things that you once thought we're important pale in comparison to living a good rooted Christian family life.
I'm now Calvin McDaniel, married for 25yrs with two sons 19 & 21. I married Cynthia Lynn price, who also graduate from Finney in 1977. I currently work for the board of Education, and run my own lawn service. My oldest son graduated from King high school, and now is in ...Expand for more
his senior year at Michigan state university. My youngest son play football for the University of Findlay in Ohio.
I have developed a great Love for photography. Can you believe it I'm going back to school at the ripe old age of 50. I plan on majoring in photography, perhaps someday getting paid for the first time, doing something I love to do.
I love following my sons football career, I haven't missed a game since he was eight year old. So now we get a chance to see him play at the next level. My oldest son, bring me great joy. He was able with the help of God to escape the traps of living in the big city and falling to the allure of gangs, drugs and alcohol. I am a Blessed man, living a Blessed life, and loving every minute of it!
