Candace's Story
Life
Still living here in Michigan, up in Sparta. Been up here for going on three years now. My two boys (David and Derek) are all grown up now, married and have kids of their own (8 between the two of them). I'm married to a real nice guy. We've been married for 15 years now (seems like 100 sometimes). Working full time for a medical device manufacturer up here in sparta. It's really nice, close to home. I have three cats who are totally bonkers. Been trying to get in touch with a few friends from school. Kind of lost contact after graduation and marriages.
I always wanted to be a painter when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a nice idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I find gardening very relaxing.

My hero(s) are my parents. I learned everything from them. My dad taught me gentleness and my mom creativness. They are still my inspiration in all I do.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Carla Zobel, because we were inseperable in school.
Right now my biggest obsession is scrapbooking. I am trying to get all the old family pictures put together so my kids have something to look back on.
If I won $100 million, I'd give a good portion of it to parkinson and alzheimer research, then spend the rest on david, derek and all the rest of my family.
My best friend would tell you I'm caring, thoughtful and selfless, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as anal, grumpy, loner.
