Candace's Story
Life
I am the grandaughter of Rev. Elbert and Mary Willis, pastors of the Christian Center Church, and the Daughter of Rev. & U.S. Marshal Randy and Brenda Willis. I Attended Christian Center school up until it closed in 1992. I homeschooled until the 10th grade then went on to receive my G.E.D. from Louisiana Technical College in 1996. After receiving my G.E.D. I attend Pensacola Christian Collage from January, 2000 - May, 2000. After completing 1 semester at PCC I returned to Lafayette and received my Associate of Science Degree in business from Remington College. College
Going to Pcc was definitelly and experience. All the rules they had were something else! sneeking off campas was fun :) Most of the time that is the only way we could leave. My roomates Nicole and April were the best. We had some good times together. I remember one time Nicole fell down some stairs and hurt her foot so April and I tied a sheet to the top of the bunk bed and hung her foot in it to elevate it. We laughed for the langest about that. Also Nicole loved Pepsi and anytime she would drink it she would get soooo hyper, it was great.
