Candice's Story
Life
After high school I got a job as a secretary. I then met my first husband, Mark and we had one child; Christina. She was born in 1977. After we divorced I moved back home on Glenwood and took care of my Grandmother who had suffered a stroke. I spent my spare time writing and working part time as a waitress, barmaid and housekeeper. When Grandma passed away, I met my current husband Frank and he got me an application for a job at WSU where he was working at the time. am currently writing my first novel. I previously had several letters to the editor published in the Free Press and have written poetry. I travel a lot and love going to Rock concerts with my daughter and son in law. I am so glad they love Classic Rock. We have also seen some newer bands. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stone Temple Pilots and others. I still love the Rolling Stones and my daughter got to meet them and have her picture taken with them. I must admit I was a little jealous. I hope to continue to be young at heart and keep on writing.
