Carl's Story
Life
Where to start?? I left Amarillo in 1987 to serve in the USAF. Believe it or not I'm coming up on retirement!! It's been a rewarding career. I worked as a firefighter for 11 years and changed jobs to a contract negotiator for the last 9 years and some change. I was stationed in Europe (England) for 3 years, Michigan for 4 years, Missouri for 8 years and I've been in OK now for just over 5 years. I've been over to the middle east on 3 occasions--twice to Saudi Arabia and once to Kuwait.
I am working on my third marriage though...I'm "difficult to live with" so I've been told ;-). By the way I have not married anyone from the same state twice...I figure there is at least 47 more out there if number 3 goes a rye. LOL! I'...Expand for more
ve got to have a sense of humor about my life as it has been rather interesting. I have a 18 year old daughter and a 16 year old son from my first marriage and I became a new daddy again on March 1, 2005. And for those wondering, yes I made it to become a professional bowler. I am able to play part time on the regional tour. My best finish to date is 3rd twice. I've been a PBA member now for 13 years. I've rolled not just one 300 but a total of 19. I even hold a PBA record. You will have to e-mail me to find out about that though. Any way, I think of my friends from back home often and was just tickled to see a lot of names here to get a chance to visit. The 20 year reunion was a blast!! I hope to see you all again soon.
