Carlos's Story
I have a beautiful wife and baby girl.I am presently a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College Los Angeles teaching the Restaurant Practicum at the School Cafe. I am also the Recipe Creator and Food Stylist for Sun World Produce. I have been cooking since 1983.Four years honorable service in the Marine Corps .I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1989. wntown L.A, Splash in Malibu, Border Grill in Santa Monica, Personal Chef for Gary Wilson owner of Northwest Airlines in Holmby Hills, Wolfgang Puck Cafe in L.A, Tengu in Westwood where I received a write up in the L.A Times Calendar Section. My dishes have been mentioned also in several of the Border Grill Cook Books, In Touch Magazine, and L.A Times West Magazine. I also love painting. I have done 19 art exhibits with a current exhibit in Chicago.
