Carol's Story
Hello, Class of 1984.
It's been a long time since I've been in contact with most of you. I hope life has treated you well. I hope life treats you well in the years to come.
I am married to Sean Huxter from Springdale. We have a daughter, Charlotte, who is 12 now and in grade seven. She loves music and theater and plays piano and violin. Sean works at Turbine software making cool animations for those on-line interactive games. I teach high school English and write poetry. We live in Norwood, Massachusetts, just south of Boston. We have 2 cats, Willow and Rowan.

he best things about living here are swimming in the ocean without freezing to death, being able to see amazing museums and concerts and plays, flowers in April, new friends. Some of the worst things about living here are missing family and friends back home in Newfoundland, not seeing icebergs in June or eating partridgeberry jam whenever I want, not having that close sense of community I felt in Newfoundland.
My life is good with a family I love and a job that challenges me to learn new things each day. I count my blessings and know I am blessed.
