Carol's Story

I am going to write about my favorite C.E. Dunne memory, Mrs. Jones 5th grade homeroom class. Wasn't she the sweetest lady ever? She was so considerate and concerned for my feelings that she pulled me out in the hall one day to tell me that if I was embarrassed to blow my nose in class I could go out into the hall to blow it. I blowed! Of course, the whole class was wondering what she wanted with me out in the hall. I don't think I ever told anyone. It was nice to be so mysterious...lo1. I really enjoyed reading time in Mrs. Jones class. Maybe that is why I am such a reader today. I can remember her reading us Pippi Longstocking and Charlotte's Web. Does anyone else remember that?
