Carol's Story
Life
I credit my success to a couple who took me in during college. Jeri and Dale Ireland were more than just a boss/friend to my work-study position. In my eyes they were my mom and dad and had a huge impact on my life. After trying the "professional student gig" for awhile, I then got a real job. Who knew life would move so quickly. children cope while we buried a father and husband only helped me become stronger and the three of us become closer. I have the best children in the world! Of course, our family has grown as I am now married to the Captain of our Police Dept. and am a step-mother to his two children. As IT Manager for the City, Director of Recruitment for WV HOBY, Co-chair to the Christmas Parade Committee, a 2nd Lt. in the Air Force Civil Air Patrol, etc. etc., life is still a whirlwind. And it's great! :)
