Life
I decided it was time to rebel...bleach my hair blonde, get a few tatoos, hop on a motorcycle and go cross country, leaving responsibility behind. ...it was a great plan until I got really wasted and was arrested in Oregon....AND if you believe ANY of that you certainly didn't really know me!
Actually, the blonde part is true but I am just your average responsible, law abiding, American flag waving, church going, politically conservative university professor...with a really weird sense of humor.
My 2 daughters (now 21 and 30) thought they had the most unique (what...Expand for more
a kind way of saying it) mom in school...but all of their friends used (and continue to use) our house for socializing. When they need a lay-shrinkette they call our house. When they need someone to show them unconditional love, they know the doors are always open. They know that God has been faithful to me and forgiven me of more than my fair share of foul ups.. and there's enough love and forgiveness for all of us.
In addition to 2 of the best
daughers anyone could wish for, there are two grandsons.
We live on a small lake in Virginia, by way of Florida and Georgia.
