Carole's Story
Life
Married twice. First to Jerry O. Flatt from Texas (related to country music performers of same name); children are Jason, Justin & Tina. Second to Terry Moran from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada; no children.
Ten grandchildren. Jason & Corrine have Joseph, Craemer, Travis, Harry William & Dolly. Justin & Margaret (now divorced) have Jeramy & Sarah. Tina & Art (now divorced) have Devin; Tina & John (current) have Lela.
All live in Las Vegas, Nevada except Justin and current wife Karen with Jeramy & Sarah. They live in Bothell, WA (a suburb of Seattle).
College

Workplace
Employed for 29 years at Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Started as clerk-typist and retired as administrative assistant. Basically, I worked as a secretary/office manager for an officer in charge of a section of the police department. Over the years I worked in Communications, Forgery, the Detective Bureau, Internal Affairs Bureau, Traffic Bureau, Criminalistics (yes, I know the people on whom the original CSI was based), and the Clark County Jail which is staffed by LVMPD personnel. I worked for three captains, four commanders, and one deputy chief in addition to a few lieutenants in the early years. I retired from the jail, which was my favorite place to work.
