Carolina's Story
Life has been good to me... I graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1995 with BS degrees in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering. Spent my early 20's skiing, running, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, and traveling the country with the US Navy. Then joined the GE family in Cincinatti OH to work my dream job of designing aircraft engines. I quickly realized that I loved to work with people and wasn't thrilled about running simulation after simulation... so, I went back to school while working for the General and received my MBA from Xavier Univers...Expand for more
ity. In the meantime, met my husband and moved to Cleveland OH to start the next chapter in my life - Family! I'm truly blessed with a wonderful, supportive husband and 4 wonderful children. Career is still progressing strong as well, albeit a bit slower these days... I still work for GE as a Director of Service in the GE Healthcare business. I'm having fun running a $20M business that has true purpose in the lives of others... our radiology equipment saves lives through early diagnosis and treatment - talk about instant satisfaction!
