Life
Hi guys!
I grew up in Mrytle Creek, loved it. Moved to the big city of San Fran. just out of high school to work. Met my husband of 20yrs and father of my kids there and married in 1966. We lived in S. Calif until he was out of the Navy and went to work for Continental Airlines. We were transferred to Denver in 69. I love Colorado, it is paradise but I do miss Ore and MC. Divorced in 86, remarried in 94, divorced in 2000. Have 3 grand kids, 2girls, 1 boy. Worked as a travel agent for 13 years and traveled a lot. FUN!!! Wrote a couple of books won awards for both, several short stories and then changed trade. I work in Denver in the TECH area now. I don't travel as much but my children and grand kids have moved in with me and I am loving it. Doing genealogy research, finding many leads and new family! Love to garden and camping, reading and theater. Enjoy music, almost all kinds but most of all I love visiting and being with friends and family!

aking writing courses along with Psychology courses at the U of Colo in Boulder on and off since about 1973. I almost had my degree in technical writing at that point and changed my life with a divorce. I changed colleges and got a degree in Business Management at Parks with a minor in Travel. At both schools I earned High Honors. I enjoy school and take classes whenever I have some extra time. Keeps the grey matter in tact!
Have made a HUGE move back to Oregon! I have retired and now live in Eugene. I am relearning the state and myself, enjoying gardening and short hikes. Miss my girl and grand kids but they do visit! Just not often enough! Oldest gkid is learning to drive! Does that bring back good memories!!!!!! Hooking up with high school friends and making new ones along the way. Would love to get back into camping but won't do it alone as I'm not 17 anymore, I don;t know the good spots but still venturing out to the woods and paths. Life is good.
