Life
Wow, I guess I forgot to put that I'm still living in Mesquite! humm and my daughter is going to MHS, and in the band, and I'm the classic band mom! LOL, going on all the band trips, when I can get a sub for my class. Currently teaching 6th grade science (still, for now) Loving life right now, but missing my dad (died of cancer four years ago)
Have been working on remodeling the house, painting, and various other stuff. Boy, have I learned a lot. (like what my limits are! LOL)
Love going to the Ranger baseball games, Six Flags, anywhere we can go.
Still singing in the church choir, and taking trips to various places with my daughter. We plan to cover the United States! would also like to take her to Europe and show her places I have already been. She got to go to Australia as a Student Ambassador a couple of years ago and loved it.
Plan to eventually get my doctorate degree in teaching and would like to teach on the college level. (just a long term goal)
Currently single and loving every minute of it!
The hobby I love best is astronomy, love going out at night to watch the stars. (also great for date nights!) HEY!!! If you're male and single, check out m...Expand for more

School
Loved my senior year...band trip.... band got a one in marching uil and concert uil, and I got a one in solo and in trio... flute and choir... loved drama.... my whole senior year was nothing but ELECTIVES!!!!! That was of course before the state came in and over hauled it all, and TAAS and TAKS and all that junk.... LOL That was a fun year for sure. although that was the hottest summer that I can recall...
College
I first attended Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College in Los Angelas CA, but then I got married and didn't graduate. After the divorce, I decided to go back to get my degree. Worked hard, starting at Eastfield, then Texas A&M University-Commerce (formally East Texas State U). I graduated in '99 and then started on my Master's degree. Completed that '03
Military
I am not IN the military, however I am an Army Brat. My father proudly served in Vietnam (two tours) and served in Pennsylvania, Washington, Germany and many other places before leaving in 75. Joined the National Guard and retired in '98. He flew chinooks and was an instructor, teaching others how to fly. I was proud of my father and loved him very much.
