Carr's Story
Carr lives in Lakeville, Connecticut. His schools include George Washington High School., Cornell University (BA History and JD Law) and NYU (LLM Tax Law.) He has been a professor of law at Iowa University, Stanford University and NYU, and a visiting professor of law at San Diego University. He is a life trustee of Lewis and Clark College, the NYU Law School and a Life member of the Cornell University Council..
