Carson's Story
After high school I went to college at Oregon State Uni. Got my bachelor's degree in Forest Engineering. I built logging roads and was a road engineer for a year in Oregon, then moved to Montana to log. Logged in Montana for two years and then back to Oregon where I was a road engineer for the Oregon Department of Forestry. Did some wildland firefighting there too. doing GPS related stuff. Also running a GPS guided dozer when needed. Then I got pulled away to Hawaii for 9 years, working for a heavy civil contractor as an engineer doing more GPS related stuff and troubleshooting GPS related problems with equipment, etc. I am now back in Idaho and live up in Athol. I work for a heavy civil contractor in Hayden as a Project Manager, GPS specialist, and Estimator. That is everything in a nutshell.
