Caryn's Story

Life Well, I'm not a rock star but I still like Duran Duran and I go to their concerts when they're in town. I got married in October 2003 and divorced in 2013. During that time, I moved from Las Vegas to Washington, DC, where I work for the Federal government. I got a Bachelor's degree in History in 1994 and earned my MBA in 2004. I love to play XBox games and World of Warcraft, and I read voraciously -- especially nonfiction. I remarried in 2017 after being a late-blooming lesbian, and my wife and I live in a great house in Arli...Expand for more
ngton, VA (with our cats). We like to visit local wineries and bourbon distilleries. Workplace I currently work for the Congressional Budget Office in Washington, DC. I had the usual part-time jobs at movie theaters and fast food places during college summers. I started working for the Federal government in Nevada in 1991 while finishing college. I made myself indispensable and was hired full-time there. I've since moved up from a clerk-in-a-cubicle to a Contract Specialist in a real office, with a view of the US Capitol Building!
