Catalina (Cathy)'s Story
Life
Being the 3rd sibling of 7 was quite a challenge. I had to do things better then the first 2, but also had to set the example for the ones to follow in my footsteps. I was born and raised in San Antonio to Lydia and the late Jesse Estrada in 1956. My parents were able to offer a high school education, for which I deeply thank them from the bottom of my heart. The rest of my education was up to me. I educated myself as much as my scattered brain allowed and have somehow managed to complete some college course work along the way.
Though I am very much enjoying single life my only regret to this point is not having experienced married life !

orking in a dental office has been quite rewarding. My initial instinct was to become a dentist, but if you think back to our high school years, I was the one with the thick glasses. I have a genetic eye diease which didn't allow me to be a dentist. So I became a dental assistant. I quickly became an office manager. And as the computer age rose I learned computer info systems and inventory control I recently became the "office manager" for one of the Dental Center's of America offices. I guess I should say "Dr. Solomon kept his word". He told me 8 yrs ago "when I open the office in Corpus Christi, it will be yours to manage". I give thanks to my Lord $ savior!!!
