Catherine's Story
Yes, STILL living in the beautiful Fingerlakes region of NY: unsure of where we would like to relocate... and it is beautiful here with the gorges, wineries and plenty of great music. Our favorite local band is The Destination. They have a horn section that doesn't quit and the bandleader and his wife are multi-talented. They would go far if they so desired, but prefer to stay local. We go to a few concerts at different venues each year. The last few years we have been fortunate to see/hear The Doobie Bros, Joan Jett, Chicago, Trace Atkins, Journey, Waylon Jennings, Rob Thomas, Moody Blues, Lynyrd Skynyrd, 38 Special, Hank Williams, Jr., Kelly Clarkson, Train, Lady Antebellum, George Jones, Emmylou Harris, Big n Rich, Gretchen Wilson, etc..We enjoy
travelling in the U.S. (love retirement). My life partner and I go dancing frequently (East Coast and West Coast Swing, Zydeco) and it keeps me young (kinda).

iness shortly after we met and we do a few shows a year. We also sell vintage car parts and sell at a few car shows. It keeps us a little busy but not TOO much.
I have one wonderful son, from a previous marriage, who was smart enough to move to a warmer state.
I lost my 14 year old Chihuahua in May this year (2019) to Canine Dementia. She was the friendliest Chi that you could ever meet. Such a gentle soul. My 15 year old "stepdog" just had to be put down (10/2019) so I am now an empty nester...we had two great dogs and, as an avid dog lover, I have a hole in my heart that will always be there.
We love to travel the US of A. We still have Route 66 on our bucket list. Last year we met friends in TN and we all sold our wares during the Rt. 137 sales that goes from MI to AL...that was interesting! Photos show some of the places we have been. We don't especially like flying in airplanes so we drive and enjoy the scenery ( and antique malls) along the way.
