Cathi's Story
Life
After high school, I went to boot camp, and was in the navy until February 2003. Now I am doing what I've always done, only I get paid to do it and I'm doing it legally. :)
School
What can I say? High school was a learning experience. Real life is a better one. You learn how things that seem important when you are a teenager really aren't.
I am currently pursuing a degree, but I haven't figured out what I want to be when I grow up.
Military
I joined the Navy when I was 17, and went to Data Systems A school in M...Expand for more
are Island, CA. Then I went to Dam Neck for C school, and off to the Stennis, where I spent 5 years. I went to shore duty as an instructor at Fleet Training Center, San Diego.I was debating reenlisting, since I was half way to retirement, but decided it was no longer for me.
Now I'm starting over and back to where I was before I joined - trying to figure out what to do with my life! I miss the great people I shared my life with every day. There's nothing close to the camaraderie you have with people you go to hell and back with!
