Catherine's Story
Life
As of the fall of 2007, I am living full-time in Pocatello, Idaho, where my husband teaches mathematics at the alternative high school. (We've had a commuter marriage since our wedding on December 31, 2000: for the first year-and-a-half I lived in New Jersey, then I moved to the Salt Lake City area in August 2002.)
I have one daughter who was born in 1984 in South Korea and adopted by my first husband and myself when she was 3 months old. She has just graduated from the University of Utah and will be spending the 2...Expand for more
007-2008 school year teaching English as a second language in South Korea. I also have six stepchildren, three daughters-in-law and six grandbabies. Grandbaby #7 is on the way.
I have a great job as the the administrative officer of a national mathematics program based in Princeton, NJ. I travel frequently, spend most of the summer in Park City, Utah, and meet some very interesting people (including my husband, whom I met in San Francisco!).
I'm still very much a bookworm. And I still sing, too, every chance I get.
