Cass's Story
I'm happily married with two children: son with BS in Biochemistry and an MBA and daughter with PharmD. Lucky I have a very level-headed, gentle, and patient husband who helped raised our kids to be awesome. He also is the chef of our family and we do almost everything (remodeling, construction, repairs) ourselves. I graduated from UW with BSME in 1982 after changing my goal from dentistry to engineering (choice was 5 years or 8-12 years of college) and worked at Vigor Shipyards (then Todd Pacific Shipyards), Boeing Flight Test, Weyerhaeuser as an engineer and then for Go2Net / Infospace, First2File, Marchex, and Russell Investments (dot.com whirlwind) and then started my engineering consulting and training business All Project Solutions, Inc. in 2007. Currently, helping build the Project Management Office at Tacoma Public Schools, teaching the project management certificate course at UW Tacoma, and serving as a public member on the WA Board of Nursing.

es in the Sammammish Plateau, Mount Baker in Seattle, Des Moines, and settled in Federal Way where we our backyard is Dumas Bay Park a wonderful bird sanctuary.
Lived vicariously through children and learned at 35+ how to play inline and ice hockey and fall gracefully (they make great pads for such falls), trip on soccer balls, and get the longest mileage possible in golf.
Will be attending the walkthrough of Enatai Elementary with my sisters (remember, there are five Tang sisters) before they bulldoze.
Bellevue has changed a lot over the decades since my first job at 15 1/2 working at Kentucky Fried Chicken and Aloha Cleaners, and Ice Creamery, I paid for college working as a dental assistant in Totem Lake, then as an intern at Paccar followed by an internship at Todd Shipyards. The rest is history. Most of my career, I have been the only female or the youngest by 20 years in my group or the oldest in the organization (thanks to the dot.com years).
