Cayne's Story
Life
My Spouse
We met each other through my niece, Cheryl. Her name was Jennifer Davidson The first time we met she was 14 and I was 25. We met up again 7 yrs. later. My niece had recently left her husband and had 3 children under the age of 6. I had moved in with her to help her with adjusting to life as a single parent. I was living there when Easter weekend 1991, Jenn had called to talk to Cheryl. Cheryl, had convinced, Jenn to come over and play euchre since we were all bored. Jennifer and I were partners and we spent the night flirting with each other shamelessly. We ended up dominating each other's thoughts for a coupleof weeks after that. By Mother's Day that year we were dating and we've been together ever since.
My Pets
We bought Pookie about 6 months ago for our daughter, Martha. He's a big old lovable tomcat. He's ginger and white in colour. Martha is convinced that Pookie can talk because the manner in which he "meows" when he is spoken to.
My Kids

ine biologically, Andrew is very much like me on so many other levels. He enjoys reading and writing. I recently built him his own computer and taught him how to use it to futher his writing. Graham is 5 and he is my Angel. He is the one who cares about everyone else and their well-being. I have never seen a child with so many friends of so many different ages. He looks like me to the point where it's creepy. The only differnce is he has his mother's blonde hair and blue eyes. Martha is 4 and a fireball. She was born on October 30th...yup! Devil's Night. She looks just like her mother but has auburn hair and brown eyes. Martha is the first girl born in her mother's side of the family in three generations...that alone gives her special rank at family gatherings. She is very much a "daddy's girl". She wants to marry me when she grows up. We have raised our children to be independent. They have been taught to speak their minds and think for themselves. I have worked very hard to give them ALL the emotional and spiritual support that I never had growing up. It is said "if you are going to change something then change it for the better". I have.
