Cecil's Story
Life
Life has been absolutely wonderful for me, despite having a massive heart attack on Fathers Day in 1995 and being blessed with a heart transplant in 1999. Without those obstacles, I would not be the person I am today, or have the outlook on life I have today. I'm also blessed to be married to and still going strong with my high school mate Debra (Cannon) Johnson and 4 beautiful kids, Tameka(25),Tyrus(23),Tamra(16) and the man of the house Terrell(7).I'm also, deeply appreciative of all the support we received while going through the above ordeal. School
My high school days were 4 of the cherished years of my life during that time span. I believe that the Class of 1978 was the best class from top to bottom (that's where I was) in the 1970 or even in history. We were studious, atheletic and the prettiest girls. I was fortunate to have 2 girlfriends during that time, and I know they certainly were the prettiest (Teresa Tidwell Smith and my wife, Debra Cannon Johnson). If I had to do it again, I would change only one thing, and that would be to have studied more and finish at the top. More power to the Class of 1978
