Life
After teaching at Moline High for 33 years I started a new career in the construction trades. Due to a downturn in the economy in 2000, log cabins in the North Carolina mountains did not sell as expected. Cheri and I still owned a home in Florida where we started a new business of our own. es of Lake Oconee in Georgia. This next school year, I will teaching construction and Cheri is trying to get a position as a parapro in the same system so we will have the same vacation schedule. We love the rural life in Georgia, we frequentyl have deer in the back yard, but our area is growing very quickly. We both miss the East Moline area, but this is our home now.
