Charlene's Story
Life
I went to school and became an LPN after highschool. Then in late '69 I became quite active in the antiwar movement. I attended demonstrations and became a member of SDS. I later met the man I was to marry and hitchhiked and camped all over the south and southwestern US. We settled in San Diego where I stayed for 30 years. n a band that is getting pretty popular, called spaz kitty. I have a grandson Jacob who is now 5 years old and lives in San Diego. I finished RN school in '91 and have been working in newborn nurseries and maternal child units. I have been single for a long time (20 years) and love to hike and camp and travel. I am still liberal and don't do to much politically except support my party. I've had a fun and interesting life so far. Making contact with old friends is great.
