Hello, Longhorns!
I've been busy since 1974, but I have yet to decide what I want to be when I grow up...I've been in the US Navy, designed electrical equipment for nuclear power plants, spent some time as a college professor and later dean, and even a stint at Walmart as a greeter!
In between all of that, I've been married twice, but never had time for kids.

I've been a writer of fiction, primarily hard SciFi. Under my many pen names, I have over 200 published novels, 600 short stories, and I have no idea how many articles and flash fiction works, The last 15 years I have been able to make a living as an author and do that exclusively.
And yes, fellow Longhorns, some of your names and personalities have made it into print!
