Charles's Story
After Salesianum, I attended St. Joseph's College in Philadelphia. The Jesuits at Saint Joe's worked on my intellectual discipline...Of course this failed miserably - my fault; but I got a Bachelor of Arts anyway.
Worked on Capitol Hill for a year (1978/9),and learned why a Political Science degree was a stupid idea in the first place.
Spent three years at Delaware Law School...then took two more to pass the Delaware bar. Learned a real lesson in humility that way!
Became an F.B.I. Agent and saw the real world. Practiced law in Florida, and Louisiana (the bar exams are much easier outside of Delaware)!

igured out academics). Married Susan from Baton Rouge in 1987, and am being held hostage in New Orleans. We have two children, Claire and Casey,who are incredibly smart and cool unlike their Dad! We survived Hurricane Katrina with only a few scratches, and 200K worth of damage to the house.
I hate Mardi Gras, but love JazzFest and play mandolin in a Bluegrass band. Not bad for a "Mick" from St. Ann's Parish. Will always miss Delaware, but not so much during the winter. Hope that McGowan, Hartsky, Campbell, Pala(s),Hughes, Martin(s), Laskowsky, Gray(s),Kealy, Fidance and Gilbert are prospering. Grieve for those who have passed,especially Eileen.
