Charles's Story
Now living and working in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Been here since 1996. Before moving here, worked at La Familia Restaurant as a kitchen manager and chef for about 20 years. Also put some time in at the Kihei Prime Rib and Seafood House and also, Carelli's On The Beach. d around and decided to get out of the restaurant business. Started work at Iron Mountain records management, a global corporation in 2005 and ended my contract in 2019. Took 6 months off to upgrade our 1980 home and vacation to Maui just before the COVID-19 break-out. Took my chances at a temp worker and now manage a small production group at a local hardware specialty store. I am taking care of my elderly mother at our home. Aloha
