Charles's Story

Life My name is Charles Green. I live in Baltimore City with my mother since I was born was on January 26, 1984 and I still live in the city even now. I have one brother and sister and two younger sisters whom live with my mother too. My favorite sports that I liked to play and watched the most are baseball, soccer, bowling, tennis, basketball, billards, swimming, and football. I mostly played bowling, billards, basketball, and baseball with my friends. My favorite hobbies are video games, reading and math, and watching television with my friends and family. On our summer time in August, my family and I go on vacations with my grandparents and cousins. We go out on dinners, to movies and shopping on mostly the weekdays and weekends if necessary. My family travel on plane or car to get to our hotel that we like to stay. At one time during summer 2003, we went on the disney cruise which was even more exciting. My family and I got to cruise down to three of the Cabbarian islands and gone on some sightseeing tour of their shopping, food, artifacts, and some history culture for our experince. We travel most of the southeast states of the United States. We have a lot of fun and excitement during our free time together as a family which I am glad we did. I have a cat name Jason, who was born on the farm since I was six. He likes to climb, eats and drink cat food, and lay down a lot. He personality is almost like mine, being quiet and sleep, but my sisters and I love him very much. School My name is Charles Green. My first school was Liberty Elememntary School, which I was one the class of 1995. I've made a lot a friends since I first arrive at that school. The teachers are very nice and gives us good activities on our time. We play spelling bees on the computers, listening and playing music instuments, and some doing a lot of class and homework. I hung out with friends duning summer camp, sports, and in and out of school activities. I used play on boys school basketball team and Forest Park Baseball Little League since spring 1990. I also played bowling as well during my elementary years. My second school was Fallstaff Middle School. I was one of the class of 1998. I haven't se...Expand for more
en lot of my old friends since after our June 1995 graduation from Liberty Elementary School, but I fit in o.k with some new friends. I was still playing basketball at a different league and city and playing with the same bowling league, but not baseball. The new teachers was a lot different, but good and fair to us new students. The class courses including homework, classwork, and school project and reports wasn't so hard as thought but I still pass all my classes a 80% or above. I was one of the top students which I was surprise that I didn't know until I became a new member of the National Junior Honor Society in 8th grade. After graduating from Fallstaff On June 1998, I went to Forest Park Senior High School. I met up some of my old friends from Liberty and Fallstaff. I was so glad to see them again that I lost contact with them. I met some interesting teachers that know my grandparents and my mother since the 1970's who were very nice and good at teaching in different courses. I decided to choose my career into catering course in which I want to be a better chef. My first two years of high school was pretty easy considering that my grade point average in all my class subjects was a 90% or above. In my Junior and Senior year, my class subjects was getting hard but I still hung my grade point average with a 85% or above. I was number one of the top 10 students of class 2002 that I became a new member of the National Honor Society. Each summer I work for Youthworks. My first year summer job was working at the Recycling office, my second and third year summer job was working in a filing office. My new sport that played for Forest Park is soccer in which I played since my junior and senior year. I still played bowling through my high school years expect senior year which I was working that year for Martin's West. Having fun in my high school year at Forest Park was very beyond exciting and excellent in my life. The reason why is because I have a good school activities like the junior & senior proms, school trips, fashion shows, and school plays, but the most exciting part was me making a speech to my school, my friend and family, and the rest of the class of 2002, which was pretty cool.
