Charles's Story
After high school I attended Mt Sac trying to get licensed as an aircraft mechanic. The classes were so long and boring I left and went into the Air Force. There I became an armament systems tech on F-15's at Eglin AFB in Florida. I got married and seperated during those four years and haven't remarried since. I have two wonderful daughters, Rachel and Christina. After the AF I worked at Mc Donnell-Douglas Aircraft Co building the C-17 and got laid off after only a year. After that I wandered a bit from job to job, went to college and got my AS in law enforce...Expand for more
ment but didn't get the job I applied for with CA Dept of Fish and Game. I then went to truck driving school and spent the next 11 years driving over the road traveling to 46 of the 48 lower states. I am still at the same company but I drive local delivering loads to Target stores. In May of 2007 I met a wonderful lady, Joanne. I have never been this happy in a relationship before. She is an attorney with the Public Defenders office in Riverside, CA. We bought a house together and moved to Riverside in October 2008. Together we have 4 kids, 2 cats, and a dog.
