Charles Mike(Bigmac)'s Story
Well right after my 18th birthday Moved from Baltimore back to Portsmouth, VA where I'm originaly from. Lived there for 2 years worked as a Cabinetmaker's assisitant then a masonry laborer. Then on my 20th birthday 3/27/1983 I headed for Alaska
drove cross country then took Ferry up to Haines Ak in Southeast Ak. a few months later moved to Juneau to find work. Except for a year in a half in Pa ( 11/2005 to 6/2007 ) I have lived in Juneau. Had all kinds of work over the years. Dishwasher, busboy prep cook, cook, Concrete laborer, comercial fisherman, custodian, TV broadcast operator(loved that one)Taco Bell general manager just all kinds of things I was a Maintenance Mechanic for Alaska Housing Finance Corp until a work related injury left me unable to continue in that line of work, so now I'...Expand for more
m taking online computer classes through U.A.S. for a certificate as an office assistant. I have 2 daughters and a son all grown now My son is married and in Colledge Him and His wife are going to be teachers. My daughter Andrea made me a Grandpa July 28,2010. My oldest daughter cellibrated 20 years post bone-marrow transplant in November 09.Well I have gone on long enough. Just thought an update was in order.

Wish I had not spent so much time hanging out with my friends and had finished out High School instead of getting my GED And had kept in better touch with everyone after I moved to Alaska I can't seem to find hardly anyone.
Hope everyone is doing well. If you don't remember me I fully understand I didn't spend alot of time in school in High School and I moved alot in Elementry
