Chuck's Story
If there are so many folks who check this profile ... I'll try satisfy your interest. Two major careers since '65, with quite a few interspersed events.
The picture is worth the proverbial thousand words.
Education degree from UW in '69 followed by 1 year of actual teaching (Kansas City), then back to Madison as part of UW counseling staff (draft/military law section chief).
Law degree in '75; 9+ years based in DC with Dept. of Justice antitrust/special trials unit (white collar crimes ... which led to telecommunications law specialty). Major sites of grand juries and/or trials included DC, Detroit, New Orleans, West Coast. Was fairly con...Expand for more
stant travel ... which grows old quickly.
Married, 2 daughters (both now in 20s, both now live
in DC) ... subsequent divorce.
Entered Episcopal ministry in late '80s, served in CT, DC, MA, NC, NY, PA, concluded in SD when disabled Christmas '07. Now retired.
Presently developing blog, while in new career as test dummy for various medical/surgical experiments on autoimmune systems. This means the canoe, hiking gear, bike, etc., are all mothballed, pending medical breakthroughs.
Recently spending half my time in WI, temporarily, to carry on this intriguing new form of inactivity. Give me a buzz or send an email for insatiable curiosity.
