Charmides's Story
Charmides Owens was a former employee of BP in the Customer Solutions Center Division. Charm as he is professionally known is a native of Los Angeles, California and was selected into Sears National Management Trainee Program to begin training at the Los Angeles Regional Credit Card Operations Center.

Prior to BP, he worked for Citigroup, Sears, the United States Postal Service, The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association, and served his country faithfully for six years in the United States Navy.
His personal goals are to pioneer new leadership standards and develop corporate efficiency models.
Charm and his wife Rochelle have been married for over ten years. The ambitious couple celebrated the birth of their son Christian in November 2006, daughter Nyla in December 2003, and resides in Rockford, Illinois.
