Chasity's Story
Life
I grew up in Graham, Texas. I attended Graham High until 1999, my sophmore year. My family then moved to Haltom City, Texas. (On the outskirts of Ft. Worth.) My senior year, 2002, I joined the military, and got married. June 12th, 2 weeks after graduation, I was shipped to Basic Traning in South Carolina. In August I attened Advanced Individual Training, (AIT) in Georgia. I graduated AIT in December and was shipped to my first duty station in January. It was S. Korea. I was shipped to Ft. Hood. I delivered my first son, Andrew Daniel on Sep. 19, 2003. In January 2004 my unit deployed to Iraq to fight the war on terrorism. I was stationed at Ft. Hood, Texas. When I arrived home from Iraq I learned my husband had a girlfriend. It was just me and Andrew. While dating somebody in my unit at Ft. Hood I became pregnant with my daughter. I got out of the Army in October 2005. My daughter was born on Feb. 4, 2006. I will soon be moving to Fort Drum, NY. Until then I am living back home in Graham, Texas!
