School...WOW!Alot has changed in 2o something years! I was Cheri Holliday..married and became Cheri Metcalf...divorced and remarried and am now Cheri Garner (for 18 years!)Alot of fond memories starting with Dobie Jr High, 1 year at Lanier, 3 1/2 years at Giddings High School and finally graduating from Lexington High School in Lexington, Texas!
College
It took me a LONG time to finally get there, but at age 36, I decided ...Expand for more
to enroll in Nursing School! Studying was never a "forte" for me, so this was a whole new experience! But I made it and am now and LVN. I never thought that I would actually make it through that year!
Workplace
I have worked at the Justice of the Peace in Giddings, a book factory in Tennessee, Nutrena Feeds in Giddings (for 10 years), DPS, State Farm, Austin Regional Clinic and now Fayette Memorial Hospital in the OR Department.
