Life Greetings from North Palm Beach Florida where I've moved full circle after living in the Northwest from 1994-2006. In 1969, my family moved from Bethesda to Potomac where I graduated in 1971 from Churchill. Our family spent vacations at Bethany Beach and Singer Island, FL. I used to say, "when I grow up, I'm going to live in Florida." So I began my early days between 1975-1982 going to college and working in the hospitality industry in and around West Palm Beach. My major was in Psychology and Journalism. Someone said, "Go Fly a Kite," so following a sailing delivery as a cook to St. Maarten, I opened a kite shop in St.Thomas where I lived for a year. In the early to mid 80's while single, my career took a spin to "Have Chef Will Travel." I didn't want to be stuck in a restaurant any longer, and love the water, so I took many opportunities to cater around the Palm Beaches, Keys, Bahamas, and even did a trans-Atlantic journey to Spain in 1985. Following a near fatal auto accident, I fully recovered and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 1988. My motto became, "Have Table Will Travel," while I journeyed to live in Alaska for 5 years, Minnesota from 1999-200...Expand for more
